The B.Sc in Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) is a 4-year undergraduate degree (3 years academic + 1-year internship) that trains students to operate sophisticated medical imaging equipment. Affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), this program covers the physics, methodology, and safety protocols of diagnostic radiology. Eligibility Criteria

Looking for B.Sc MIT admissions in Bangalore? Applicants must meet the following RGUHS eligibility standards:

  • Academic Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 (PUC II) or an equivalent examination with Science subjects.

  • Core Subjects: Mandatory subjects include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).

  • Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST candidates of Karnataka).

  • Age Requirement: Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission.

  • Lateral Entry: Diploma holders in Medical Imaging/Radiography (recognized by RGUHS) are eligible for direct admission to the 2nd year.
